Shipping & Returns
Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. On average, worldwide shipping takes 10 to 20 days depending on your location (with U.S. orders taking the longest) and is sent via e-packet (a low-cost, trackable shipping option). In addition, please allow 2-3 days processing on our end as well as the supplier's end especially during the busy holiday seasons.
We offer a three-tiered shipping rate plan depending on the dollar value of your total cart. Orders from $0 USD to $15.99 incur a shipping fee of $8 USD which serves to help us recoup our costs for processing and associated marketing; orders over $16.00 USD to $39.99 incur shipping charges of $5 USD; and orders over $40.00 ship for FREE.
Please return your item(s) to us within 7 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning.
Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
4- RETURNS & REFUNDS
We believe in our products so much that we offer a 15 day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back in new and wearable condition and we'll refund your money immediately. Shoes should only have been worn on carpeted surfaces and the soles be unworn and unscratched.

5- SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
